You may use any operating system providing the <code>dd</code> program to copy the image to a SD or microSD memory card:
<ul>
<li>insert the memory card and identify the corresponding device then replace <code><b>/dev/sdx</b></code> with your real device path in the following command
<li>run the following command from a console window:<br><code>gunzip -c openmamba-diskimg-raspberrypi-*.img.gz | dd of=<b>/dev/sdx</b> bs=32M</code>
<li>when memory card preparation is complete it is possible to use a disk partitioning software (e.g. <code>gparted</code>) to grow the
disk partition size to fit the whole available space
</ul>
