Hello, and welcome Dr.Saleem
For the first question openmamba use grub2 not grub and yes it will
recognize and configure automatically your windows installation. For the
other Linux to boot make sure that the boot loader is in the root partition
and not in the MBR and it should works out smoothly. If something goes wrong
there is a guide in the wiki (http://wiki.openmamba.org/en/index.php/GRUB_2)
on how to configure by hand grub2.
For the second question the weekly snapshots are like the "unstable" version
of Debian and are the step toward the next stable release. For now openmaba
don't have a automatic tool like remastersys, but we can ask Silvan (the
lead developer/mantainer) if is possible to add one.
