cosa devo usare per fare una conversione da ISO-8859-1 a UTF-8 README
ho provato a fare questo

find . -type f | xargs sed -i -e "s/\r//g"

dos2unix -v -t -f \
DOS -> UNIX \
%{_builddir}/glest_game/

risultato
